Software DevelopmentDRD2ACP provides a commandline DRD to ACP conversion utility as well as a an ActiveX/COM interface component that is reusable from within your applications.
The tool also offers a GUI for predefining batch jobs for processing a whole directory (and not just single files). A job can be run from the GUI on demand and also from commandline providing the name of the job you want to run.
The provided commandline parameters make sure that you can easily use the application from within batch files or integrate it in your favorite task scheduler.
The DRD2ACP activex component can be used directly from within your applications to convert existing DRD files as well as DRD objects just residing in memory. Result is an ACP (Alfresco Content Package) file in both cases. Defining an apropriate rule for an Alfresco space the ACP can be copied via CIFS to the appropriate location having it automatically imported.
At conversion a defaults DRD (object or file) can be merged.
